React/React Native Developer
REPORTS TO: CTO
React Web Developer will create websites and build out mobile applications for IOS and Android platforms with React Native to meet user or client specifications. Creating applications that are secure, using the most up to date SEO practices and great UI/UX. Inputting on business development within the coming business for website development or app development.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build functional and easy-to-use websites with React
- Build mobile applications with React Native
- Test websites across browsers, operating systems and devices
- Have experience in delivering major project deadlines
- Development of robust and maintainable software solutions and associated unit tests
- Understand, appreciate and follow the Scrum framework, TDD, BDD and continuous integration systems
- Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages
- Optimize loading speeds and capacity
- Update website content and review SEO
- Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g traffic, conversions)
Qualifications
- Proficient int JavaScript
- React > 16.8 knowledge with TypeScript
- Understanding of State Management with Hooks
- Familiarity with microservices
- Knowledge of React Native with TypeScript
- Ability to use TypeScript
- Working knowledge of website management tools
- Understanding of GraphQL and Next.js
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to generate creative ideas
- Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Design or a related field is preferred
Working Conditions
This position is full time, hourly, remote position. Will require ability to work independently.
